The Arc of Shelby's Junior Council is a group of young professionals (ages 25-40) committed to promoting the works of The Arc of Shelby and becoming leaders in the organization through effective community action, including volunteer service and social fundraising. The Junior Council typically meets during the months of August-May (our group will not meet for the rest of 2012 and will kick off the first of the new year).  It is a wonderful opportunity for networking, leadership development, as well as making a difference in our local community.  To find out how you can get involved and stand up for disABILITIES contact Kristin Webb (205.664.9313).
