Meet our Project SEARCH Job Coach

Please help us welcome Kim Bryant to The Arc's team!  Kim joined The Arc of Shelby in July of 2012, as our new Project SEARCH Job Coach.  After 20 years, Kim returned back to school.  In May of 2012 she graduated from the University of Montevallo, receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Development.  She is passionate about helping others, and believes that everyone should be treated as equals.  "I am excited and thankful for the new opportunity that has been given to me by The Arc of Shelby County in order to help others meet their full potential and goals,"  Kim stated. 
Kim lives with her husband and five girls in Shelby County.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Kim also loves the beach, mountains and great music.
