Right Jobs Supported Employment program exists to assist individuals with significant developmental disabilities and community employers come together through meaningful work and eager employees.

 

Right Jobs supported employment specialists provide as needed

1. thorough assessments of job interests and job skills.

2. job search assistance

3. on-site collaboration with employers for job training

4. development of an individualized long-term support plan

5.  on-going advocacy and problem solving assistance. A specialist's support of a jobseeker continues indefinitely, ensuring that jobkeeper career development continues!

Right Jobs employment specialists focus on a jobseeker's unique strengths and abilities in order to provide an individually-tailored job search for each person served.  This meticulous personal assessment and the great attention given to evaluating each place of employment is the first step in Right Jobs "job matching".  The key to successful job matching is facilitating a compatible pairing of employer to employee.  When good job matching occurs, employment is more enjoable, fulfilling and profitable for both employee and employer.
